From the moment I arrived and was serenaded with the music of the 30s and 40s to the superb service and elegantly appointed rooms, this hotel exudes charm. However, some lighting in the rooms couldn't be turned off at night, which was a bit bothersome.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely, spacious, clean, and complete with everything I needed for my multiple-night stay. The service was helpful and informative, although some staff had difficulty with English. The location was excellent, surrounded by known eateries and convenient for exploring the French Concession. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with a good breakfast spread each morning.
